Our principal lawyer, Jun-Hoi Lok, knows family law and is deeply committed to guiding people through their family law situations. Jun works hard to reach amicable resolutions, but is resolute when a strong stance is required. Jun is patient and compassionate. He explains things in easy to understand terms and is responsive to his clients in answering any questions that they have.

Jun is experienced in a wide range of parenting cases including those involving family violence, substance abuse, relocation and withholding of children. He also has a breadth of experience in complex property law settlements involving companies, trusts, tax issues, family loans and overseas assets. He has an eye for detail and leans into his creative problem-solving skills to resolve cases in an expeditious and cost-effective manner.

And a bit about Jun
Jun was born and raised in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, speaks Cantonese and German, and is a tragic supporter of Tottenham Hotspur. In his spare time, Jun volunteers at his local church and searches for new nooks and crannies to hide in so that he can best his young son at hide and seek. As a father, Jun understands the need for families and their lawyers to work on resolutions and solutions in order to bring peace and stability into the lives of children.
